Placing an order
An order placed on dahorbd.com is a request to purchase. It becomes confirmed only after our client care team reaches you by phone and you agree the items, address and delivery charge.
Pricing
All prices are shown in Bangladeshi Taka (৳) and exclude the delivery charge, which is quoted on the confirmation call. We may correct pricing errors before an order is confirmed.
Payment
We accept Cash on Delivery, bKash, Nagad and Visa/Mastercard. Payment methods other than Cash on Delivery are arranged with you directly by our team after the order is placed.
Delivery
Delivery timeframes are estimates from the date of confirmation and depend on courier availability. See our shipping policy for details.
Products & leather
Our pieces are handcrafted from natural leather. Grain, tone and texture vary slightly between pieces and against on-screen photography; this is a characteristic of the material, not a defect.
Warranty & returns
Every DAHOR piece carries a 12-month craftsmanship warranty. Returns and exchanges follow our return & exchange policy.
Intellectual property
The DAHOR name, monogram, product photography and site content belong to DAHOR and may not be reproduced without written permission.
