When you place an order we collect your name, mobile number, delivery address, district and any order notes you choose to share. If you subscribe to our newsletter we store your email address.
Why we collect it
We use this information only to confirm, pack and deliver your order, to provide after-sales and warranty support, and — if you opted in — to send occasional DAHOR updates.
Who we share it with
Your name, phone number and address are shared with the courier partner delivering your parcel. We do not sell, rent or trade your personal information to anyone.
Payments
For Cash on Delivery, no payment details are collected online. For bKash, Nagad or card payments, our team arranges payment with you directly; we do not store card numbers on this website.
Data stored in your browser
Your shopping bag and wishlist are saved in your own browser's local storage so your selection is still there when you return. You can clear this at any time from your browser settings.
Your choices
You may ask us to correct or delete your details at any time by emailing care@dahorbd.com. Newsletter emails can be unsubscribed from whenever you wish.
