Order confirmation
Every order is confirmed by phone before dispatch. Our client care team calls the number provided at checkout, verifies the address and confirms the delivery charge for your area.
Delivery timeframe
Inside Dhaka: 24–48 hours after confirmation. Outside Dhaka: 2–4 working days after confirmation. Fridays and public holidays may add a day.
Delivery charge
The delivery charge depends on your district and courier and is quoted to you on the confirmation call, before the parcel is dispatched. Nothing is charged without your agreement.
Receiving your parcel
Please check the parcel in front of the delivery agent. If a piece arrives damaged, refuse the parcel or contact us the same day on WhatsApp with photos so we can resolve it immediately.
