DAHOR began with a simple frustration: the country that tans some of the world's finest leather had no house of its own. We set out to build one — with the restraint of European ateliers and the craft heritage of Hazaribagh.

Material Honesty

Full-grain only. We never sand away the grain to hide imperfections — the marks of the hide are the proof of its origin.

Architectural Form

Our silhouettes are drawn like buildings: load-bearing lines, considered proportion, no ornament without function.

Made to Outlast

A DAHOR bag should be repairable, not replaceable. We keep every pattern and every fitting in stock for a decade.
